Grant awarded by government!

We are thrilled to announce that our research team has been awarded a grant by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation to support our study of "The Association between Framing of Risk Communication and Israeli Public Preparedness for Earthquakes." This longitudinal intervention-based study will explore the impact of different types of risk communication framing on public compliance with household adjustments for earthquakes.

Our team will investigate whether fear-based or empowering message framing leads to greater compliance with earthquake preparedness measures in the general public. Through this research, we aim to provide valuable insights into the most effective ways to communicate risk to the public and improve preparedness for natural disasters.

We are honored to receive this grant and are excited to begin our study. We would like to express our gratitude to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation for their support and belief in the significance of our research. We will keep you updated on our progress and findings.
