Following the Israeli Council for Higher Education of the new Master of Disaster Management (M.DM.), the program will launch on October 2021
The Department of Emergency & Disaster Management is excited to launch its first cycle of the newly approved Master of Disaster Management (M.DM.) degree in the school year of 2021-2022. Israeli and foreign students will begin their studies in the new program in October 2021.
The M.DM. Program provides students with a unique opportunity to enroll into a multi-disciplinary learning environment that places a major emphasis on pulling practice into theory. Students will be equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to be integrated into decision making positions in the disaster management world.
As we struggle with global warming, rising tensions between nations, and ever growing number of disasters, we need to nurture a new generation of young leaders, equipped with the wit and wisdom to promote readiness and resilience. That is what we do at the Multi-Disciplinary Program for Emergency & Disaster Managemet at Tel-Aviv University.
